Terms & Condition

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

1. The hotel check-in time is 2:00 P.M noon and check-out time is 12.00 P.M.
2. For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700 hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
3. For late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Any increase in government levies will be extra.
6. Children below 11 years is complimentary when sharing with parents on rooms without an extra bed.
7. Children above 11 years of age would be considered as adults and an extra adult rate would be applicable.
8. Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with one/two children would be allowed per room.
9. Maximum of one extra roll away bed or one mattress would be permitted per room.
10. It is mandatory for all Guest (Indians, Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners) to produce their I.D./ Passport at check-in.
11. All guests above 18 years must carry ID proof.
12. Breakfast included on CP basis only. Complimentary Buffet Breakfast starts at 08:00 A.M. and ends at 10:30 A.M. at the Restaurant (Self service).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Long Weekends and Festive dates are Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable & Non-Amendable.
