The owners Pritam and Sai Bijlani run this 100-year-old villa converted into a heritage hotel.
Pritam thought of converting the house to a heritage hotel so that more people could enjoy the lovely property. The renovations took over a year and it was inaugurated in March 2018. Maintaining the age-old architecture while offering the best of modern conveniences, Pritam believes in paying personal attention to each of his guests. The staff to guest ratio is 1:2, and the property houses five rooms, which ensures that each guest is attended to personally
